Hi All,

We just sent out a quick note to the mailing list. We are in Ladakh and about to go on a 9 day trek. Internet access is not great here, so we'll post more later.

Check your email and sign up for the list if you haven't or let us know if you have signed up and didn't get it.

Life here at 11,550 feet is getting better everyday and we can finally breath (literally and figuratively).

Will let you know how the trek went later.
