i'm hoping you two aren't at an indonesian leg of your journey (or planning on going further south than thailand). there's a lot of anti-american sentiment and radical islamic militants that are forcing all americans out of jakarta and other large cities. they said yesterday (10.08.01) that this was their last message to foreigners, afterwards they would either force them out or make an example of them.

please be careful. or wear a canadian flag.
